Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening programme that has been designed to enhance the students technique by focusing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in all forms of dance. It is a unique training system using ballet technique specific exercises to tarin skill in a graded and progressive manner from junior through to vocational / advanced levels. PBT focuses on core strength, weight placement and alignment of the body with a careful gradual approach with specially designed exercises and repetitions of the exercises that trigger their muscle memory.
PBT is not only used by ballet dancers to improve technique, it is also used by dancers of other genres, physiotherapists, athletes and other sports people.
