Modern theatre dance is a rhythmic dance style and is often seen in musical productions on stage and screen. It is known for it’s theatrical qualities. The style uses travelling steps, kicks, turns and leaps which all require strength, flexibility and clean technique. We also offer separate classes that enhance the students strength and flexibility so the students become disciplined and versatile with a professional approach to their training. At CSD we follow the Modern Theatre syllabus of the ISTD from Primary Grade to Advanced 2 level.
